Betty and I will be speaking tonight at Lawrence University in Appleton, WI. There’s a reception at 6:30PM, with the talk starting at 7PM. The event is open to the public.
(Since it’s required that Lawrence students live on campus — due, no doubt, to the insane weather here — it is unlikely that the event will be canceled due to the dastardly amount of snow that’s just been dumped on WI.)
I’m still trying to decide if I want to drive hour and a half in this crap with the snow still falling and the winds have picked up, so that mean more white outs.
I’ll let Jazzi decided since she will be driving. Just in case I don’t make it.
Knock their socks off and have fun!
we had a great time last night – thanks to everyone for coming!
Thank you all for the kind acceptance and courtesy. It was a wonderful evening meeting wonderful people.
Helen and Betty’s lecture and post discussion session were superlative, informative, funny (which is critical for a great info session) and “intimate†with the audience…. a simply wonderful experience.
Even the Reisling was “civilizedâ€.
Thanks again to all I met. It was an honor.
