You simply don’t understand. Life expectancy in the U.S. has just hit an all time high because of emamectin and its ilk. That’s why us old folks are referred to as “Well preserved”!
I stopped eating farmed salmon when I heard that they put dye pellets in the fish food, to get that pink appearance that the myoglobin does out there in nature. Ew.
After that, I told myself I’d eat wild-catch Pacific salmon from here on in, which is oh so easy to find where I live…not. Besides, I’d noticed over the years that farmed salmon started tasting more and more like cardboard. To me, Atlantic salmon tasted duller to me before all this.
