Okay, I’m in love with Seattle. There are bike paths everywhere, dorks everywhere, the weather is gorgeous (sunny inbetween mild and gloomy days) and I’ve met some amazing people, got to see a few people I haven’t seen in a very long time, and otherwise am so totally impressed with the place it’s ridiculous.

Isn’t it amazing? I still think of it as my second home after moving to Santa Cruz (which is actually literally true as we still have a house in Bellevue.) Seattle has a lot going for it and I’m delighted you were able to visit, get to know some of the folks there, and share your unique insights. I’m just sad that I wasn’t able to be there to greet you in person.
Me too, Kimberly. Although Susan & Danielle & John are doing a fine job…
Omg. We want you to move here!! <3 I promise we will find you a professorship! Plus, how can you hate such a beautiful city? Just don't tell anyone how wonderful it is here. We try to keep em away with the weather fairy tales. It was so lovely to see you! <3's
